Postby Garawa » Thu Feb 05, 2026 7:25 pm

- The Gills have won 9 of the 42 meetings with Tranmere and have won 1 of the previous 5 - the last time the sides met at Priestfield in September 2024. They are unbeaten 4 against Tranmere with the last of their 15 wins coming in November 2023.
- Tranmere's last win at Priestfield came back on the 9th February 2010. Since then, the Gills are unbeaten in 5 home games with all 3 wins coming with clean sheets.
- The Gills have drawn 7 of their last 13 matches after drawing 6 of the previous 20. Tranmere have not drawn any of their last 13 games and have lost 9 of their previous 12 matches including each of the last 5.
- There have been 91 goals scored in Tranmere's League 2 games, the most in the division. Despite being in 17th position, only 6 sides have scored more than their 42 thanks partly to a league-best of only 1 away blank sheet. However, only Newport have conceded more than their 49.
- When Tranmere fall behind at home (8 deficits conceded), they are behind for the longest period of time in League 2 - an average of 60.8 minutes per deficit. Away from home, they are only behind for 19.5 minutes on average (13 deficits conceded), the second best record in the division.
- 57 goals have been scored and conceded after half time in Tranmere's league games - the most in the division. Rovers have conceded 7 goals in the second halves of their previous 3 matches, as many goals as the Gills had conceded in the second halves of their previous 8 games.

(15.10) Two good strikes by the Gills, the latter by Coleman and the keeper has to be alert to make the saves.
