[ 17 Aug 21 ] AFC Wimbledon v GILLS Match Thread

- Since last winning at AFC Wimbledon in March 2019, the Gills have lost 1-0 in their last 2 visits including this fixture on a Tuesday evening back in February this year.
- The Gills have won twice in 5 meetings with AFC Wimbledon, their only wins in 11 meetings. AFC Wimbledon have won 5 of those including 3 of the last 4.
- AFC Wimbledon have started the season with 2 away wins resulting in them being unbeaten in their last 5 away (3 wins) from which they have conceded just 2 goals. Their 3-3 home draw on Saturday meant they are winless in 3 at home (2 draws) and have conceded 3 goals in each of them.

Seemed like we got out of jail! Didn’t play well or deserve anything,but a very fortunate own goal in the 97th got us a point. Great scenes in the away end.Hopefully we Improve against Morecambe.
