Bradford (A) - 15 Mar 14

Postby Garawa » Fri Mar 14, 2014 8:15 pm

Bradford lead the wins 10-5 from the 21 away matches in Yorkshire but the Gills lead the wins 19-13 overall.

City lost their last home game to Stevenage and won the 2 games before that. It ended a run of 10 home games without a win in the middle of which there was 7 draws out of 8.

All 4 of Bradford's most recent away league defeats were all with a blank sheet but they have only had 3 at home all season (9 in total).

Despite playing his last game for Bradford on the 29th December, Nahki Wells remains the club's top scorer with 15 goals from his 21 appearances. Top scorer currently at the club is James Hanson with 12 goals from his 33 appearances.

The Gills last 6 away form (Lost 3, Won 1, Lost 2) is an exact mirror image of their home form (Won 3, Lost 1, Won 2).

James Hanson has conceded 80 fouls already this season and only collected 4 yellows from them. Top fouling Gills player is Cody McDonald with 51 fouls and only 1 of those warranted a yellow card.

Bradford and Leyton Orient have conceded the fewest penalties of any League 1 side - 1 each.

Bradford have conceded 70% of their home goals in the 1st half whilst the Gills have conceded 61% of their total league goals in the 2nd.

All sides bar Tranmere & Crawley (thanks largely to having played 3 games less) have been ahead for longer than Bradford at home.

Bradford have conceded just 2 goals all season at home in the final 20 minutes of matches and just 6 in the second half in total (the best in League 1).

Bradford's highest and lowest league gates this season have both been against clubs from League 2 last season - 18,218 v Rotherham & 12,106 v Port Vale.
