(20.27) Jefferies chases and hassles the Orient player and steals the ball when it looked lost. He finds Green who twists his way towards goal and wins a free kick by the corner flag when looking likely to lose possession.

(21.03) A solo run by Wright evades a defender and attempts to find Adelakun but the ball deflects out for a corner.

(21.10) Wright's long range shot is parried by the 'keeper. The rebound falls to Baggott who puts it wide.

(21.21) Another Wright set-piece finds a Gillingham shirt first time but it is Ehmer this time who guides an effort wide of the goal.

Do we REALLY have to play this game ?

3 games against sides in the top 3 in just 5 league games. Something from 1 of these games to add to the Stevenage draw and things might look positive. Defeats against Orient and Northampton and that Stevenage draw doesn't look as good. I don't see us getting anything from this game but we certainly need to look as if if we could!

Oh yeah the Gills looked great, nice clean shirts, shorts and socks at the kick off, well done the guy club laundry guy,well done indeed. As for Harris and the rest of the team , you lot are just a joke. Out of the players we brought in this summer, say Morris, Mnoga, Law, Adelekum, Baggott ( 2 goals ) have any of the others scored ?
Just out of interest who did Harris think was going to score goals for the Gills this season ? How does a team only have one shot on goal for the whole game, I just can't imagine how we can have ten shots but only one on goal, what did the others hit, the corner flags, the roof of the stands, someone on the Gills team's arse because they got in the way ? A loss this Saturday and we could be back in the relegation zone.
