A win for Gills should put us into the next round of the Checkatrade Trophy, but also hopefully give us a bit of confidence for the Portsmouth game on Sunday. Many fans are boycotting these fixtures again.Hopefully Nash will start tonight,I would love to see him grab his first Gills goal.

This could be the last game PT is in charge, Gillingham making a SECOND effort today to drag Steve Evans from Mansfield, hahaha YES, THAT STEVE EVANS.
I can not imagine Taylor could work with Evans, hell I can't imagine anyone could work with Evans so I will say bye now PT, or though if you stick around for three or four months I am sure Scally and Evans will be parting ways, and you will be the big cheese again.

What a waste of money this competition is, less than 700 people watched the game which the mighty, mighty Gills won and picked up another three yellow cards, there may be a day we can't field a full team, tell the wife to get that Gillingham Maritine shirt in the wash Mr. Lidbit, yer might be paying soon old son.

Good to get a win that will hopefully breed confidence, also a clean sheet. We have gone through too which is good.Ehmer with a free kick, probably the least likely player you would expect to score one!
