A rare home game for a number of weeks, hopefully we can bounce back from the defeat at Bolton.MK Dons have just started to improve under their new manager. They will hopefully be a bit tired though after going to extra time in their Cup win against Charlton yesterday. We have tougher games coming up over the Christmas period,so a win would really help.A win would certainly be a nice early Christmas present.

Only realistic chance I see of three points till January, but who knows anymore,a home loss to MLK and losses against Millwall and Pet'boro could see a change at the top come early January in the managers position.
Just looked at the tables ,I didn't realize that MKD were so good away from home, we might be pushed to get a win here today, but fingers crossed. GO GILLS.

A much needed win with tougher games coming up,and after the 4-0 defeat at Bolton. It wasn`t a pretty game, with both sides not really testing the keeper`s.Nouble had a shot deflected, but MK Dons best chance came when Konchesky brought down Agard just before half-time.There wasn`t too much contact, but from my seat enough to give a penalty.Bowditch stepped up,but Nelson saved a penalty once again at Priestfield.A great relief to go in at 0-0,rather than 0-1 down.It looked like the game would finish 0-0,but a great run from Nouble to win a corner gave Dack a chance from the 2nd corner to put in a great delivery for Cody to head in for 1-0.Wright had a great chance to make it 2-0 when through on goal, but his shot was too tame for Martin in goal.MK looked for an equaliser, but our players stood firm to earn a hard fought 1-0 win.The defence were on top form today, the midfield had a good game mopping up balls, and Cody was a nuisance to MK Dons, and made some good tackles high up the pitch.I would say MOTM was between Nelson and Cody.Nelson`s save were priceless as if the penalty goes in then it is a different game.2 clean sheets in a row at home is much needed.Cody bagged the all important goal and his 76th for the club in his 199th appearance.
