Posted: Tue Jan 13, 2015 9:49 amNevertheless, most Chairmen either bankroll the club or get others to do so; and many of them are genuine fans of the game and their team, especially in the lower divisions. Scally does/is none of these, he is a chancer who enjoys the publicity and money he gets out of GFC but puts nothing back.
