Peter Taylor deserves a lot of credit with these two as Peter Taylor convinced John Egan to turn down an approach from Blackburn Rovers to sign for Gillingham, and Peter Taylor got Bradley Dack tied down to a four year contract extension until June 2018.

Hopefully Justin Edinburgh can convince John Egan to sign a contract extension with Gillingham Football Club as getting John Egan to sign on the dotted line has to be the highest priority regarding our current players, at the moment John Egan has only played 52 games for Gillingham so I cannot see to many clubs being interested in signing him, but if John Egan plays another 52 games next season and puts in the same level of performances then I am sure there will be plenty of clubs in The Championship who will be eager to sign him.

The same can be said for Bradley Dack, if he matches his performance levels from the second half of The 2014 / 2015 season for the entire 2015 / 2016 season, then a lot of clubs will be interested in signing Bradley Dack in a year's time, even then, whoever wants to sign Bradley Dack will have to offer well over a million pounds for Bradley Dack, if Dele Ali is worth five million then Bradley Dack has to be worth at least £1,500,000.

That's one thing that always bother's me, Adam Lallana moves to Liverpool from Southampton for £25,000,000, but Premier League Clubs expect to sign promising Football League Player's for less then £1,000,000 - the money should be filter down through The Football League and Non League System and good players should be signed for transfer fee's that reflect there true valuation.
