Bradley Dack is targeting Championship Football at Priestfield within 3 years.

I think Bradley Dack will be a Championship Player regardless if Gillingham get promoted into The Championship or not, at least Bradley Dack is tied down to a long term contract until 2018 so Gillingham don't have to accept the first transfer fee that comes along, also, If Dele Ali moves from MK Dons to Tottenham for £5,000,000, then Bradley Dack has to be worth at least £1,000,000.

Can we keep hold of John Egan and Bradley Dack ?, can we re-sign Max Ehmer and John Marquis ? and then make 3-4 additional signing's on top of that to make our squad even stronger, I am not sure if Justin Edinburgh will be able to do all of that, even with the additional funds from Ryan Bertrand's transfer from Chelsea to Southampton.

Another year here would be the best for Dack,as only since Taylor left has he been played in his best position of behind the front 2.Another season of performances like we have seen from Dack would then mean he is ready for the step up.
